WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Eve's Garden, Inc. policies do not apply to customers requiring contract purchase agreements and/or special services, terms, conditions of sale or delivery, which are not specifically included here.
Sales Policy
Eve's Garden, Inc. wholesales its products to brick and mortar retailers with a commercial address who are reselling our products. We do not sell wholesale to online retailers including those selling on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc. Brick and mortar retailers who also have a website and sell products online, are not authorized to sell Eve's Garden, Inc. products online. Our products are for in-store sales only. Mass retailers may receive an exception to this policy by contacting us.
Minimum Order
The minimum purchase for wholesale pricing is $300.00 per order. Our products may have minimum order quantities and/or may be offered in full case quantities only.
Most orders can be prepaid with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, check, or wire transfer unless terms have been established. If paying by Credit Card, an Authorization Form must be filled out then emailed or faxed to our promotional representative, download this form here.
Payments made by credit card will be subject to a 3% Convenience Fee unless the transaction is made with a Check or Direct Deposit.
Send a check to Eve’s Garden Inc, 19300 County Rd 33, Groveland, Florida / Lake, 34753. Please send a copy/scan of the check to sales@evesgardeninc.com after placing your order so we may begin to process your order.
Shipping Policy
Orders may take up to 7 days to ship. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us.
Shipping Charges
Ground (Estimate Based on Weight)
At the time of checkout, shipping charges will be calculated based on product type, size, weight, and shipping region. Shipping charges are estimated based on Ground shipping rates. To keep the cost of our products as low as possible we do not include packing charges in our wholesale pricing. All packing materials and box costs are reflected in the shipping charge along with the carrier's cost to ship.
Please note that since all orders are different and custom packed, there will be inaccuracies in our shipping cost estimates. Should actual shipping charges be more than the shopping cart estimate, you will be contacted and the additional charges collected before shipment. In the case of a substantial over-payment of shipping charges, you will be issued a coupon to be used on a future order.
Truck/LTL Shipping (Minimum of 5 cases)
LTL Orders require a minimum of 5 cases to palletize. Shipping cost not included in order invoice. We will email you a separate shipping invoice or you may use your own LTL carrier, if so please notify.
- Be aware of an additional charge for LTL/Truckline shipping to residential addresses.
Temperature & Shipping Guidelines for Live Plants
All live plants are perishable. During periods of extreme temperatures we may have to delay shipment of your order. You will be notified by email if this occurs.
Eve's Garden will arrange the shipping schedule so orders containing LIVE PLANTS are delivered by Friday of the week shipped to avoid weekend travel in the box. For some delivery areas, this will require that we ship only on a Monday or Tuesday. UPS counts only Monday through Friday (Business Days) and the day of shipping does not count.
General Shipping Guidelines
- All orders are FOB Groveland, Florida. This means that you pay all freight beginning at our nursery in Groveland, Florida.
- Arrangements of LTL and full truck-loads on common carriers are the responsibility of the customer.
- Standard orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS).
- Shipping is limited to U.S. Continental 50 States, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands. No International.
- Eve's Garden is not responsible for UPS Shipping delays. Expedited shipping charges will not be reimbursed due to UPS shipping delays.
- If the recipient is unavailable to receive the package, UPS may leave the package as a signature is not required.
- Shipping address changes will result in a $10.00 charge.
- We CANNOT ship BONSAI to California due to State Agricultural Restrictions.
- We CANNOT ship LIVE PLANTS to Hawaii due to USDA Regulations.
- Non-live good shipments to Hawaii require UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air.
- We cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes or APO's.
- Be aware of an additional charge for LTL/Truckline shipping to residential addresses.
Delivery by Common Carrier
Arrangements of less-than truckload and full truck-loads on common carriers are the responsibility of the customer and will include a cost of $5.00 per case for the extensive packaging and handling we offer.
Our plant materials are inspected prior to shipment and in good condition when accepted by the transportation company. If damage occurs in route please contact the carrier-agent to make an inspection. Claims for damage or loss in transit shall be made with the carrier.
Pick-up
Wholesale customers are welcome to pick up orders at our nursery. If boxing is required, there will be a charge of $5.00 per box. Order pick-ups must be scheduled in advance. Please allow 3-5 days for order preparation prior to pick-up date.
Return Policy
In the event of a shortage or damage, you must notify us immediately and keep the damaged merchandise for inspection by the delivery carrier. All claims must be reported to Eve's Garden, Inc. via email within 24 hours from your receipt of the merchandise.
Live Plants
Claims for errors in size, type, or species of live plants must be submitted within 24 hours of your receiving your product. When dealing with live, perishable plants, returns are not possible and we will be happy to work with you for quick resolution. Please remove the plants from the package immediately and provide with fresh water and protection from excessive temperatures.
Hard Goods
Returns are strongly discouraged. All return requests must be submitted to Eve's Garden, Inc. via email within 24 hours from your receipt of the merchandise. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The original shipping/handling charges, return shipping charges, and restocking fees are not refundable. Refunds are made in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 days of our receiving your return in good condition.
Refusal of Shipment
Product returned to Eve's Garden, Inc. due to refusal of shipment are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The original shipping/handling charges, return shipping charges, and restocking fees are not refundable. Refunds are made in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 days of our receiving the product.
